Rule #13. Official shotgun rules override any preexisting rules or statements.

This rule outlines that rules of shotgun overrides any other preexisting states or rules. If used properly, "shotgunning" something or "shotgunning not" is a legally binding agreement to own or not do the "shotgunned" statement. 


Note #1. Any attempt to dishonor the rules of shotgun can lead to world chaos through the butterfly effect. 


Note #2. Shotgun is a legally binding statute upheld in the court of law. 


Note #3.  "Shotgunning" of a car can only be done so when the car is in sight. 


Note #4. "Reloading can be done by the designated driver. Upon hearing reload, participants must re-shotgun


Note #5. Shotgunning must be done loud enough for all participants to hear.
