Rule #14. Cutting in line is only allowed under 3 circumstances.
This rule outlines the cutting in line is typically an activity that should never be permitted. Under social regulation, typical line cutters are to be frowned upon and outcast from normal society. However, this rule recognizes three side clauses that allows cutting in line.
Side clause #1. Cutting is allowed if the cutting party is less than 1/4 of those lined up.
Side clause #2. Cutting in line is allowed if the person cutting can do so surreptitiously without the person behind you noticing until 5-10 minutes after joining the queue.
Side clause #3. Cutting in line is allowed if the person cutting is famous to the same degree as Angelina Jolie, Rachel McAdams and/or Kate Beckinsale.
Note #1. If the cutter is discovered whilst performing Side clause #2, the cutter must join the back of the queue.
