Rule #32. One should always lick frozen surfaces as all frozen surfaces taste like ice cream.
This rule advises that the licking of frozen surfaces such as a pole or a metal bench is highly recommended. All frozen surfaces can have different tastes, and some have been known to taste of ice cream flavors such as Mint Soup, Lime, Vanilla, Chocolate and Dog.
Note #1. May result in loss of tongue.
Note #2. Extreme cases may result in loss of limbs.
Note #3. Licking must be continuous, as stopping halfway through or slowing down can increase likelihood of Note #1. and Note #2.
Note #4. Metallic surfaces have a higher probability of Mint taste.
