This rule advises that the best form of birth control is a magic trick. By performing a magic trick, the performer creates a repulsive aura that cannot be dispersed for up to 24 hours. Repeat tricks as necessary to increase repulsion. 


Note #1. Each trick is 99.5% effective. This is 2.5% more effective than condoms. 


Note #2. Repeating the same trick for the same person loses its effectiveness at a rate of 10% per repeated trick. 


Note #3. A cape and hat combination increases effectiveness by 2%, up to a maximum total effectiveness of 99.5%. 


Note #4. A wand increases effectiveness by 15%, up to a maximum total effectiveness of 99.5%.
