Rule #52. The phone will ring as soon as you are fully submersed in a bath.
This rule observes that as soon as your body is fully submersed in a bath of water, the phone will ring inconveniently. This is a phenomenon observed through trials and placebo trials. It was observed that when fully submersed in water, the phone is 78% more likely to ring.
Note #1. The probability of phone ringing increases with difficulty of reaching it. e.g. if the phone were right next to the bath, the phone is only 12% more likely to ring.
Note #2. Corded landlines are observed to be 99% more likely to ring when submersed in a bath.
