Rule #21. People that do not let passengers off the train first deserve to be slapped in the face with a honey badger's ass for 30 minutes. 

This rule stipulates that passengers should always be let off the tube first before making a move to get on. Any wanker that doesn't do so deserves to be slapped in the face with a honey badger's ass repeatedly for 30 minutes. 


Note #1. Any persons attempting to get on before letting passengers off should be pushed back off the train. Under no circumstances should the departing passenger give right of way to the entering passenger. Those that do so are weak. 


Note #2. Passengers inside the train should MOVE out of the way for exiting passengers. Failure to do so makes them also a wanker.
