This rule stipulates that giving money to the homeless does not always preclude a tramp's party time with crack cocaine. In fact, statistically speaking, a tramp could always be jesus in disguise. This disguise may be donned as a test to human kind. Positive karma can also be increased through charity to tramps. 


Note #1. Tramps want money, don't give them food. Do not feed. 


Note #2. Do not touch the tramp. 


Note #3. Do not talk to the tramp, unless they have a british accent, in which case - thats pretty funny.
