Rule #41. Never give a kid your lollipop. Only bad things can come of it. 

This rule stipulates that one should never give candy to a child due to the following reasons. 


Reason #1. You will look like a pedophile.


Reason #2. They will become extremely hyper and run around in circles. 


Reason #3. They may throw it on the floor and waste a good lollipop. 


Reason #4. They can explode with happiness which is very annoying.
