Rule #42. An umbrella can only be used as a temporary parachute under 3 specific circumstances.

This rule stipulates that in the event that one may need a parachute, an umbrella can be of some use. However, the usability of the umbrella is only maximized under 3 very specific circumstances. These 3 circumstances have been calculated with extreme precision with variables and stuff.

Circumstance #1. The fall is less than 5 feet.

Circumstance #2. You are already on the ground and you are lifted in the air by a strong gust of wind.

Circumstance #3. Your injury may lead to a multi-million dollar payout**

**Note: results may vary.
